All TVs are smart TVs and do offer basic free channels for viewing. HELPFUL FINDS: Guest Book with tips, favorite local places, and check-out information is located by the front door. Extra sheets & pillows: closets (for pullout and sofa beds) Extra trash bags: Under the kitchen sink and small bags under the master bathroom sink. First Aid Kit: Master bathroom cabinet on top shelf Board Games: Bunk room cabinet (Have Fun!) DOCK & OUTDOOR LIFE: Guests are welcome to use the dock to moor your boat. Please do not use or adjust the owner’s boat Make sure to leave slack in the lines to allow for tide changes The grill and boiler are available for use, but please make sure to clean and turn off the propane after use. If the propane is out, please notify us and we will get it refilled. Outdoor Games: Gray shed under the stairs (Have Fun!) TRASH PICKUP: Place trash in the green bins at the end of the driveway and ensure lids are closed. Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays (Unless it is a holiday week and pickups are on Saturdays) Pickup is early, so make sure to have your trash out before 6:00 AM CST. HOUSE NOTES: No smoking indoors Quiet hours after 10:00 PM Only registered guests on the property (No parties or events) No pets inside the home Security Cameras- For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are in use on the outside of the home only.

QUIET HOURS: Be mindful of neighbors, especially during early mornings and evenings. WATER & PLUMBING: Only flush toilet paper- No wipes or paper towels. OUTDOOR AREAS: Rinse sandy feet and gear outside before coming indoors. KIDS & WATER: Children should always be supervised near the canal, dock, or water. SEAFOOD NIGHTS: The outdoor area is great for grilling or seafood boils- please clean grill, boiler, and tables after use. BUGS & BREEZES: Coastal evening are lovely- turn off outdoor lights when not in use to help reduce bugs.
